COPE is a project that is divided into two stages. Phase 1 of COPE entails determining and evaluating trader vulnerabilities and inadequacies retroactively based on trader calls made concerning crypto markets, as well as providing self-analysis reports. Top call makers are assessed based on their call accuracy, which is combined with other factors to provide a COPE score. The top 100 call makers are included in a COPE index, which ranks them according to their COPE score. Once a consistent list of the top 100 has been created, the monthly'reformation,' which introduces new Top Call Makers into the index, offers a narrative for a new type of investment product based on top trader calls as measured by a reliable and accurate method, which leads to phase 2.
