Saber is a decentralized exchange that provides liquidity for stablecoins on Solana, which are cryptocurrencies whose value is tied to another asset like as the US dollar or bitcoin. SBR holders can get SBR as a reward for helping pools with liquidity. The holders will also be able to vote in the Saber DAO. The Saber Labs team is working on a system that will allow for consistent governance. The team is experimenting with alternative approaches to ensure that long-term SBR holders retain voting power within the Saber DAO.Saber's current focus is on integrating with other teams/protocols in order to enable liquidity and asset swapping.
