You need to make fiat deposit to your account before receiving quotation on your buy instruction. And you need to make cryptocurrency deposit before receiving quotation on your sell instruction. Once we confirmed the receipt of your deposit of fiat/cryptocurrency, the transaction will be executed in accordance with the following procedures:

1. Please provide the following information to request for quotation:

    Direction - Buy / Sell
    Cryptocurrency - Crypto to be bought / sold
    Amount - HKD / Crypto amount
    Settlement - T+0 / T+1

2. All Cryptocurrencies will be quoted in HKD, or sometimes USDT. The quotation will be provided in your dedicated trading chat and price will be refreshed upon your request

3. Reply "Done" to confirm your transaction based on the latest quotation

4. Our trader will reply to confirm your transaction is completed
